2. No Affiliation with Reserve Bank of India
While we strictly abide by guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and statutory provisions of CICRA 2005, Credit Consultant is not an affiliate, agent, or regulatory subsidiary of the RBI or TransUnion CIBIL Ltd. Trademarks, logos, and brand names of banks and credit bureaus displayed on this platform belong to their respective statutory owners.
3. Credit Repair Outcomes
We advocate for the removal of inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, unverified, or outdated information from credit records. We do not engage in or promise the unlawful deletion of legally verified and accurate credit data. Every credit profile turnaround depends on individual debt history, bank reconciliation speeds, and credit bureau adjudication cycles.
