Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Scope of Engagement
Credit Consultant provides advisory, documentary review, and lawful dispute representation services under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005. We assist clients in verifying the accuracy of credit reports, drafting representation notices to credit bureaus and lenders, and facilitating loan eligibility.
2. Client Representations & Warranties
The client agrees and affirms that:
- All information, financial disclosures, identity documents, and payment confirmations supplied are true, authentic, and complete.
- The client expressly authorizes Credit Consultant to act as their representative in communications with banks and credit bureaus.
- The client understands that credit repair is a lawful process of dispute rectification, and no institution can guarantee the removal of factually accurate, lawfully verified negative credit history.
3. Limitation of Liability
Credit score calculations are generated exclusively by algorithms operated by RBI-licensed credit bureaus. Final loan sanctions and interest rate determinations remain at the sole contractual discretion of the respective lending financial institutions.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
