Credit Consultant ("Company", "we", "us", "our") takes the security and confidentiality of your personal and financial information with utmost seriousness. This Privacy Policy details our data collection, handling, transmission, and retention practices in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (CICRA).

In order to provide our credit repair, bureau audit, and loan advisory services, we may collect:
- Personal Identifiers: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, PAN number, Aadhaar number (last 4 digits / masked), Current and Permanent Address.
- Contact Information: Verified Mobile Phone Number, Personal and Professional Email Address.
- Credit Information: Credit bureau reports, historical score records, loan account numbers, dispute documentation, and payment receipts extracted with your explicit authorization.
3. Statutory Consent for Bureau Extraction
Under CICRA 2005, we act as your authorized representative upon receipt of your digital or physical consent. We retrieve credit information solely for providing diagnostic credit health evaluations and formulating dispute rectification roadmaps. We never sell, lease, or rent your credit information to unauthorized third-party advertisers.
4. Data Encryption and Security
All customer data in transit is encrypted using 256-bit TLS protocol. Stored data is hosted in ISO 27001 certified Tier-IV data center facilities located physically within the territory of India in accordance with RBI local data residency mandates.
