End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Subject to compliance with these terms, Credit Consultant grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access our proprietary web application, credit tracking dashboard, score simulation algorithms, and loan advisory calculation tools.

2. Restrictions on Use

You expressly agree that you shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of our score estimation or bureau API integrations.
• Automate scraping or extraction of regional city databases, lending rate matrices, or proprietary advisory algorithms.
• Submit fraudulent or non-consensual third-party identity documents or PAN/Aadhaar credentials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, layout designs, calculation engines, and content are the exclusive proprietary property of Credit Consultant.
